Chef
As part of our kitchen team you will work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to maintain high levels of food quality, presentation as well as hygiene standards.

Account Controller
The Account Controller has commercial responsibility for key customers and manages the team to maximise the potential through existing customers whilst increasing market share across the current customer base and securing new quality distribution within the channel.
The team consists of a NAM with responsibility for cross functional contacts in the primary customers and other retail customers, a Key Account Manager and National Account Executive.

- Developing and executing Channel and Customer specific strategies aligned to delivery of the UK Business Plan and BrewDog mission.
- Ensuring that effective personal contact is maintained with all relevant customer contacts in such a way that BrewDog is perceived as a world class supplier.

- Achievement of Customer & Channel targeted; volume, distribution, market share and gross margin.
- To maximise all category opportunities for the benefit of both BrewDog and customers.
- Provide channel and customer forecasts on a timely basis.
- Ensure that credit control policies are strictly adhered to.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validates channel and customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer cross functional personnel.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with all key contacts including; trading, category, supply chain and finance departments across all levels.
- Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
Assistant Packaging Manager
This person is required to show positive leadership and management traits that allow them to grow and develop those around them. They are expected to have an in-depth understanding of the packaging process, have a strong understanding of how other departments within production operate and the impact each area of production has on each other. They must be competent in all functional areas within the Packaging dept. and is responsible for leading the team to deliver our awesome products in the safest possible manner, at the highest quality. People management and driving process improvement are central to this role. In conjunction with the managerial responsibilities of the position, the Packaging Manager will regularly fill production shifts in the brewery.”
Main Duties:
- Works closely with the Production Manager and Packaging Manager to create a packaging schedule for all production lines
- Day-to-day oversight of operations in the packaging department.
- Conduct weekly inventory of packaging materials.
- Work closely with the warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of the required quantities of these materials to the lines.
- Support the Health and Safety initiatives within the department
- Develop, train and mentor staff through their roles
- Develop a Quality focus in the packaging team
- Build key relationships with Brewing, Maintenance, Production Planning, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to ensure awesome customer service.
Key Skills:
- Extensive packaging experience
- Recognised high level packaging/warehouse qualification.
- Previous experience in leading and mentoring a team with the ability to ensure the team are delivering our awesome products in a safe and efficient manner
- In-depth knowledge of the packaging process with a strong understanding of how other departments operate an impact the production line.
- Competent in all areas of the production line
