This will be a great next step in your leadership career, especially if your ambition matches ours. The role is focused on motivating and inspiring the sales team, to keep the store one step ahead. You’ll be aiming to build an engaged and knowledgeable workforce, who have the skills to capitalise on the high footfall by building instant relationships with our customers. Your guidance and coaching will ensure that customers receive expert advice and get the products they need – without delays or hassles. You’ll also lead by example when it comes to offering the best in customer service.
