Graduate Propositions Consultant
RAC is looking for highly motivated, driven, ambitious and charismatic Business-focused & analytical Graduates to join our fast-paced and dynamic Propositions team and we want to speak to either raw Graduates who are ready to make an impact or Graduates who are looking for their first move in industry.
The remit of the role will be diverse, but ultimately accountable for supporting the management of key segments of the Consumer Roadside membership base to ensure we drive loyalty and maximise value for RAC. This will involve delivering retention programmes at each stage of the member’s life cycle to deliver consumer roadside value and growth.
Role purpose:
As you develop within the role you will become capable and credible to:
-Contribute to the delivery of annual retention and revenue budget for each segment managed
-Help manage the key performance indicators for each segment e.g. retention rate, average revenue per user, revenue etc.
-Understand key segment needs: look at key reasons for members staying with RAC, key reasons for leaving, understand any unfulfilled needs of these segments
-Support in the management of retention programmes by segment – This will be achieved by flexing and improving key strategic enablers
-Review and manage the membership proposition for each segment to ensure it meets the needs of our members and drives member satisfaction
-Drive value by improving our renewal pricing and managing upsell programmes to increase cover levels to drive future value growth
-Support in the management of retention programmes including managing in-life CRM communication activity, improving our renewal communications, managing retention save initiatives and supporting on developing proactive retention activity
Service Patrol / Roadside Mechanic
This role is not like working in a garage, completing job card after job card without seeing the satisfaction of the customer you have just helped – you will be out there at the roadside, providing first class customer service and seeing the relief and gratitude on people’s faces when you fix the breakdown – also do not be surprised if the public want to take your photo and thank you across social media.You will become a true ambassador of the RAC.
