Duties & Responsibilities

As part of the maintenance team, you will support the branch by delivering planned and reactive maintenance tasks to provide a safe and inviting customer & Partner environment and to contribute to the success of the maintenance objective plan. The role holder will be required to undertake a variety of different tasks including non-technical planned preventative maintenance, actioning reactive minor maintenance request, actioning requests on the computer system and supporting the branch with change programmes.


Job Requirements

Successful candidates will need to be able to plan their workload to deliver the maintenance plan, whilst retaining a flexible approach so they can support the branch teams with any unplanned issues. You will need to be confident in communicating any issues/concerns with the appropriate manager and quickly escalate any safety issues.
