I would investigate the customer’s complaint. If it was the product I would offer to replace it (mention you would check the Lidl return policy first) If the customer is upset because they cannot find a particular product I would walk them over to the item and not just point in a general direction. You can conclude by saying that it is critical to keep the customer happy because an unhappy customer will never return
What do you think about being on your feet all day?
- Most retail jobs will require you to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
