The Role…
This is a 360-recruitment position in which you’ll build upwards from a cold desk, chiefly targeting SMEs and client/candidate markets within local areas. You’ll be empowered and trained in all aspects of mapping and marketing local areas for clients and candidates.

CONTRACT HR MANAGER

PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR
Key Responsibilities
- First Line SupportOffer timely 1st line support for all queries and ensure they are acknowledged, investigated and resolved within agreed timescales
- Any queries unable to be resolved locally, manage escalations to relevant helpdesk to support timely resolution
- Manage resolution log via appropriate software

Data Management
- Responsible ensuring collation and maintenance of the correct data in the VMS

- Support Business Analyst with changes following file errors as well as the creation and collation of regular management reporting
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues and
- Run adhoc reports as and when required
Recruitment
- Manage offers for pre identified candidates; working closely with Hiring Managers, contingent workers and payroll team to ensure smooth on-boarding process
- Coordinate new starters working with payroll and suppliers
- Coordinate suppliers on a day to day basis ensuring process and documentation is being adhered to, escalating any issues to Programme Director
- Attend weekly meetings with pay roll providers to ensure no starter issues

RECRUITMENT RESOURCER
Responsibilities
The role requires the individual to be involved in all stages of the recruitment and selection of IT permanent staff and contractors. These include:
- Receiving and qualifying job descriptions from the clients or Account Managers
- Searching for suitable candidates using a variety of sources including hotlists, current Experis finishers, in-house database, external search engines, referrals and advertising
- Attracting candidates to work through Experis by promoting Experis’s services and clients
- Managing applications and short listing suitable candidates within tight deadlines
- Interview candidates for selection purposes to ensure technical as well as cultural fit (telephone or face to face where possible)
- Fully qualify candidates on the role, location, rate, client requirements (such as credit checks or reference policies)
- Arrange and book interviews, brief and prepare candidates for interview
- Taking references and any other post-sales activities required such as obtaining candidate’s identification and documents, limited company details etc
- Networking with applicants to generate more candidates and referrals
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:
- Good computer skills and ability to acquire knowledge of the in-house candidate database swiftly in order to be able to undertake multi-level searches
- Good reasoning skills and ability to screen and eventually interview applicants and make sound judgements on suitability
